Abstract
Neuroblastoma is an aggressive malignancy commonly found in children, with adult patients being quite rare. Pancreatic neuroblastoma, even among adult cases, is especially rare. We present a case of a 26-year-old woman presented with mild abdominal pain and a palpable mass diagnosed as neuroblastoma affecting the pancreas. After initial diagnostic challenges, a biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of neuroblastoma.
