This study examines the direct effects and mediating effects of factors in technology acceptance on nurses' intention to accept digital health care technology.</p><p><strong>Method: </strong>To empirically investigate these relationships, a survey was conducted among nurses in South Korea.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>This study emphasizes the importance of a multifaceted approach that considers personal, organizational, and innovation-related factors in understanding nurses' intentions toward acceptance of digital health care technologies.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The findings confirm that performance expectancy and facilitating conditions play crucial roles in nurses' acceptance of digital health care technologies. Abstract
