Remote workers’ well-being: Are innovative organizations really concerned? A bibliometrics analysis

A sample of 64 publications was collected from two different databases. This study provides a performance measurement analysis of publications and citations and a scientific mapping of collaboration networks and emerging thematic trends. Furthermore, the content analysis allows us to understand how the organizational perspective on the well-being of employees in remote working settings has been addressed in the literature, clearly identifying opportunities for future research.
