Moreover, the efficacy of the sustainable strategy is shaped by its incorporation into ownership structures characterized by dispersed ownership, highlighting the pivotal role of board independence in fostering value creation. The study reveals variations specific to each sector, challenging the applicability of a universal approach across all industries.
