Expériences et perspectives en formation clinique des orthoptistes

Abstract

Cet article explore les défis et les opportunités liés à la formation en orthoptie, notamment en pratique clinique, en mettant en lumière l’expérience de deux orthoptistes qui accueillent et encadrent activement des étudiants. À travers des témoignages et des pratiques de terrain, nous examinons l’équilibre entre la théorie et la pratique, ainsi que les solutions mises en place pour améliorer la qualité de la formation pratique des étudiants en orthoptie.

This article explores the challenges and opportunities related to orthoptics training, particularly in clinical practice, by highlighting the experiences of two orthoptists who actively host and mentor students in their training. Through testimonials and field practices, we examine the balance between theory and practice, as well as the solutions implemented to improve the quality of training for orthoptics students.
