Abstract
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) plays an important role in the management of patients with prostate cancer on active surveillance. In this review, we will explore the incorporation of MRI into active surveillance protocols, detailing its impact on clinical decision-making and patient management and discussing how it aligns with current guidelines and practice patterns.
