Abstract
Memristor Heaters
In article number 2405260, Hee-Dong Kim, Myoungsu Chae, and Doowon Lee present a memristor heater with low-power. The CNT gas sensor embedded memristor heater exhibits rapid recovery and resistance to vapor, which can be attributed to its joule heating applying a pulsed voltage. The memristor heater offers the potential to enhance the characteristics of gas sensors while simultaneously addressing the constraints of transparent applications.
