Raman spectral analysis and thermoelectric coefficient measurement confirmed that the transferred graphene is mainly composed of single-layer and has <i>p</i>-type properties. Abstract
The graphene synthesized by the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method on Cu foil was transferred onto the SiO2 substrate with a pre-patterned electrode, and the electrical and thermoelectric properties were measured. Raman spectral analysis and thermoelectric coefficient measurement confirmed that the transferred graphene is mainly composed of single-layer and has p-type properties.
