The proposed package will allow for regular checks of the current condition of equipment components and assemblies. Abstract

During operation, technological equipment with computer numerical control inevitably has a reduced service life, so, to ensure its uninterrupted operation, repair work is carried out. Currently, equipment is repaired according to a predetermined guideline, which cannot guarantee the elimination of emergency situations, as it is imperfect. It is proposed to introduce a package of nondestructive testing of the equipment on the shop floor. The proposed package will allow for regular checks of the current condition of equipment components and assemblies. Based on the data obtained, it is possible to draw a conclusion about the operability of the equipment and to switch to its ordinary maintenance, which will reduce the cost of repairing and reduce the likelihood of its emergency failure.
