Abstract
Six new species of the genus Paederus Fabricius, 1775 from China are described: P.chentangussp. nov. (Xizang: Chentang), P.mirussp. nov. (Xizang: Xiayadong), P.songisp. nov. (Chongqing: Polaoxiang), P.trispinosussp. nov. (Hubei: Houhe), P. (Harpopaederus) yeisp. nov. (Hubei: Cuijia'ao), and P.zhaoisp. nov. (Zhejiang: Majian). A key to the micropterous Paederus species of mainland China is given.
