The surveys were conducted between February 2021 to March 2022.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The final version of the LESQ, with 22 items, was divided into three domains using exploratory factor analysis: medical management, rehabilitation exercise management, and daily life management. The questionnaire had good internal consistency reliability, with a Cronbach's α of 0.953 and good retest reliability, with the coefficients of 0.917, respectively. The content validity of the LESQ was 0.939. The three domains of the questionnaire were confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis.
