Abstract
Tumor-Selective Delivery
In article number 2406870, Zhi-Yue Zhang and co-workers developed a nano-dispatcher to facilitate tumor-selective co-delivery of a monocarboxylate transporter 4 (MCT4) inhibitor and a TLR7/8 agonist. This approach enhances the immunotherapeutic effect by synergistically regulating lactate metabolism and activating dendritic cells.
