Abstract
It is my big honor to be appointed as the new Editor-in-Chief of
IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management
(IEEE-TEM). In this editorial article, some updates of the journal are presented. We also share some editorial policies of the journal as well as publication requirements for full-length original research papers. Finally, some simple tips are provided to help authors better prepare their papers for publication in IEEE-TEM.
