Data from 24 students with ADHD symptoms (mean age = 20.42 years, <i>SD</i> = 1.50) were analyzed using interrupted time series and counterfactual analyses. The effects of the program on the depressive symptoms and life satisfaction were also examined. The intervention changed the trajectory of the students' procrastination behaviors, significantly reducing them compared with baseline. They also reported improved life satisfaction following the intervention.
