Abstract

This study identified circWDR37 as a promising biomarker for the early diagnosis and prognostic prediction of colorectal cancer (CRC). A detection platform, termed μDCR, was developed utilizing polyethylene glycol 8000 and dextran-10 to enhance fluorescence and improve detection sensitivity. It is anticipated that μDCR will serve as an optimal method for noninvasive CRC screening (e663).
