Abstract
Syngas is a valuable fuel source with growing economic applications. Yet, like many industrial products, it is commonly derived from fossil resources. Emerging efforts to decarbonize syngas and a transition to renewable feedstocks may provide an alternative that is not only environmentally friendly but also cost competitive.
