The study highlights the importance of synergistic effects in retail site selection, with traditional retail thriving in economically developed and mobile regions, new retail in high-density office areas, and community retail in affluent residential areas. Abstract

Urban retail sector plays a vital role in economies, with various models like traditional retail, new retail, and community retail emerging due to economic development and changing consumer habits. This study analyzed spatial differences in location distribution and influencing factors using Starbucks, Luckin Coffee, and community cafes as examples. Results show significant variations in the number, distribution, and coverage of these establishments.
