Une modification des trajectoires est-elle possible ? Stratégies et perspectives

Abstract

Allergy represents a class of diseases with a time-specific trajectory, as well as an interweaving suggesting either comorbidities or multimorbidities. Our knowledge of allergic diseases and their trajectories has increased significantly through the study of prospective cohorts of patients. It is currently known that this dynamic process is influenced by various factors, especially environmental ones, that interact with the individual, his immune system, while challenging the permeability of the barriers between the environment and the immune system. The management of allergy involves knowledge of the trajectories of the various pathologies, using available therapeutic options for modulation of allergic inflammation aiming for optimal tolerance.
