Therefore, this study proposes an upgraded intelligent routing protocol for a mobile wireless sensor network based on intelligent monitoring for mobile sinks (MSs). Compared to previous mobile sparse techniques, the simulations show a 38% increase in network throughput and a 42% improvement in end-to-end latency.
