Abstract
AbstractEnhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) is a global initiative comprised of a series of evidence-based interventions in the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative surgical phases. When implemented as a bundle, ERAS interventions both improve clinical outcomes and provide cost savings to the health care system.
