These factors are analyzed at the different waves of the pandemic to understand the evolution of organizational resilience across various crisis management temporalities. Abstract
This empirical and qualitative study focuses on COVID-19 crisis management in a French hospital, analyzing it from the perspective of organizational resilience to understand its evolution over time.
