Abstract
Optical Biosensing Chip
In article number 2401400, Duo Lin, Yudong Lu, Shangyuan Feng and co-workers propose an optical biosensing platform based on SERS for genotyping cancer-related circulating tumor DNA, thereby enabling the precise screening of populations benefiting from targeted therapy. In addition, this liquid biopsy technology was integrated with a portable Raman scanning system and customized algorithm software to develop a compact genotyping instrument. Follow-up clinical experiments suggest that this optical instrument is capable of accurately identifying EGFR mutations, and consequently precisely guiding targeted therapy in lung cancer.
