The rate constants for the reaction of T2 and T3 with OH were measured to be 8.56 × 10<sup>−15</sup> and 1.19 × 10<sup>−15</sup> cm<sup>3</sup>molecule<sup>- 1</sup>s<sup>- 1</sup> at 298 K, respectively. The atmospheric lifetimes of T2 and T3 were estimated to be 4.7 and 39 years, while their radiative efficiency was determined to be 0.658 and 0.747 Wm<sup>−2</sup> ppb<sup>−1</sup>, respectively.
