Abstract

The redox dynamics in cuproptosis and Wilson's disease (WD) were revealed using a reversible and ratiometric fluorescent probe, . It visualizes redox imbalances caused by excessive copper accumulation and monitors therapeutic effects of d-penicillamine. The probe's utility in studying oxidative stress in copper metabolism disorders and evaluating drug efficacy has been demonstrated.
