Abstract
This research attempts to develop and test a research framework to explore how green shared vision (GSV) impacts employee organizational citizenship behavior for the environment (OCBE) and the single and serial multiple mediation impacts of environmental corporate social responsibility (ECSR) and green work engagement (GWE). We garnered data from hotel employees in Seoul. Using structural equation modeling with the user-defined estimands function reveals that GSV has a significantly positive effect on OCBE. ECSR and GWE exert single and serial multiple mediation effects in the link between GSV and OCBE. This study solidifies the conception of GSV as a point from which to measure ECSR, GWE, and OCBE. By exploring ECSR as a serial antecedent to GWE, this study employs a new theoretical angle to measure the single and serial multiple mediation impacts of ECSR and GWE on GSV and OCBE and provides a novel theoretical lens for future research.
