Abstract
Advanced practice nurses and other advanced practice providers (APPs) are an integral part of the oncology care team. We use our expert knowledge and training to contribute to the care of patients undergoing cancer treatment.

The Clinical Journal of Oncology Nursing (CJON) is an official publication of the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) and is directed to the practicing nurse specializing in the care of patients with an actual or potential diagnosis of cancer.
