The statistical analysis used is the multiple logistic regression backward method.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The results of the multiple logistic regression backward method obtained the best model, namely pedagogic and nursing care in ward (<i>P</i> value <0.05). Abstract

Background: Nursing students undertake clinical learning during their studies. Cultural competence is a basic principle in nursing practice. The aims of this study were to determine the correlation between the clinical learning environment and cultural competence in nursing students.

背景:护理专业学生在学习期间进行临床学习。文化能力是护理实践的基本原则。摘要本研究旨在探讨护生临床学习环境与文化能力的关系。材料与方法:本研究采用横断面法,共396名学生。抽样方法采用连续抽样。采用《护生文化能力量表》和《临床学习环境、督导与护士教师》(CLES+T)。统计分析采用多元logistic回归法。结果:多元logistic回归回归方法的结果得到最佳模型,即病房教学与护理(P值)。结论:在临床中,护生文化能力与教学学习实施效果、督导互动效果、病长领导风格效果、护理应用效果成正比增加。
