Abstract

Dès 2019, le programme « Santé Attitude » s’impose chez Orano comme un outil de prévention primaire, proposé via les contrats de prévoyance par les assureurs, aux salariés pour améliorer santé et bien-être. Les thématiques des campagnes ciblent les préoccupations santé – travail, et préfigurent déjà les missions de santé publique auxquelles les Services de Prévention et de Santé au Travail (SPST) doivent désormais contribuer. L’objectif de cet article est de partager un retour d’expérience des succès de cinq années de campagnes de dépistage réalisées dans le cadre de ce programme de prévention.
