Abstract

We developed Paired-Damage-seq to profile oxidative DNA damage and single-stranded DNA damage jointly with gene-expression analysis in single cells. By dissecting cell-type-specific genome vulnerability, our approach provides a method to pinpoint hotspots of molecular fidelity loss during dynamic biological processes.
