Abstract
Here, we report the genomes of 13 Vibrio vulnificus isolates from Albufera Lake, Valencia. The strains were isolated during the summers 2022 and 2023 when water temperature reached 30°C. This elevated water temperature is unusual in this ecosystem and may be influenced by global warming.
