Abstract

Purpose

This study presents a detailed optical characterization of three intraocular lenses (IOLs) comparing two so called “enhanced range of field”, Evolux IOL and Tecnis Eyhance IOL and one so called “narrow range of field”, a standard monofocal IOL Acrysof IQ.

Methods

The measurements are performed using the PMTF optical bench, basing on the Modulation Transfer Function (MTF) to evaluate the optical performance of each lens.
