Abstract

Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen-AI) is reshaping business models, innovation processes, and organizational strategies across industries. This editorial highlights its transformative potential through multiple lenses, including business model adaptation, strategic agility, social impact, creative industries, and ethical governance.
