Zn(II) and Co(II)-Based MOFs for Fe3+ion Fluorescence Sensing and Used as Metal Paclitaxel-gel Particles on Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Treatment

Furthermore, fluorescence tests demonstrated that both compounds exhibited excellent photoluminescent properties, emitting strong fluorescence at room temperature. With great selectivity and sensitivity, they may be applied as luminous sensors to determine Fe<sup>3+</sup> in aqueous solutions. Based on the unique advantages of CPs as carriers, we have innovated a novel composite drug delivery system, hyaluronic acid (HA)/carboxymethyl chitosan (CMCS) hydrogel-CPs, for loading the classic anticancer drug paclitaxel. We conducted Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) and Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA) on the metal gel particles loaded with paclitaxel (HA/CMCS-CP<sub>S</sub>@paclitaxel). Abstract
