In the mixtures of ionic liquids, consisting of R-N,N,N-trimethylammonium (R = N- propyl, N-butyl, N-hexyl) or N, N-diethyl-N-methyl-N-(2-methoxyethyl)ammonium cations and bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide (TFSI) anions with 1/2-propanol, N-butyltrimethylammonium TFSI - 2-Propanol mixture can store up to 25% CO2 by mole fraction under ambient conditions.
