Abstract

As the aviation industry expands, aero-engine maintenance has become a critical research area due to its importance for safety and economic efficiency. This article proposes a multielement collaborative model that integrates flight plans, aero-engine fleets, and maintenance resources. A fleet state-aware collaborative maintenance decision mechanism is introduced, utilizing the proximal policy optimization (PPO) algorithm and a maintenance urgency-aware mechanism to optimize maintenance timing, objects, and actions.
