Abstract
Herein, an efficient photoinduced copper-catalyzed N-arylation reaction is presented, which occurs through the cross-coupling of NH heteroarenes with aryl thianthrenium salts (Ar-TTs). This photoactivation strategy exhibits broad substrate scope and offers a method for preserving activated functional groups (such as Br, CHO, and CN) for subsequent derivatization reactions.
