Abstract

Discusses the problems in socioeconomic guarantees in connection with some health parameters (diseases involving temporary disability, mean expected life span, and mean hospital stay) and groups of diseases (prevalence of influenza and virus hepatitis B). Selects the most typical problems and considers the circumstances of their appearance and measures to prevent and solve these problems. Offers various types of disease grouping as an important tool for analysis of data on population health.
