Abstract

Every organization has a culture. Simply defined, it is the personality of the organization, the way things get done, the values, norms and beliefs that shape behaviors. Organizational culture may appear to be beyond our control. But in reality, we can choose to either define the culture we want for our organization or let it take on a life of its own.
