{"title":"[Clinical value comparison between chemiluminescent immunoassay and immunoradiometric assay in detecting TSH in serum].","authors":"Jian-ying Yu, Ying Lin","doi":"","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"<p><strong>Objective: </strong>To compare the clinical value between chemiluminescent immunoassay (CLIA) and immunoradiometric assay (IRMA) in detecting TSH in patients with hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism.</p><p><strong>Methods: </strong>The TSH levels in serums were detected by CLIA and IRMA in 112 normal persons, 120 hyperthyroidism patients and 58 hypothyroidism patients.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>CLIA was significantly correlated with IRMA (r = 0.98, P < 0.01). Abstract
Objective: To compare the clinical value between chemiluminescent immunoassay (CLIA) and immunoradiometric assay (IRMA) in detecting TSH in patients with hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism.
