Most families 67% look after the patient in their own houses, although they don't belong to any support group. Adapting to a new situation is difficult for people, although, most of them devote most of their energy to the patient with the support of the other members of the family. Family support and the level of knowledge aren't related with the patient acceptance (p < 0.05).</p><p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>Family support and the level of knowledge aren't related with the patient acceptance. Abstract
