Abstract
Nous rapportons le cas d’un homme de 65 ans admis dans notre institution pour hémorragie digestive haute. Le scanner avec reconstructions vasculaires a mis en évidence un pseudoanévrisme de l’artère gastrique gauche. Ce dernier a été traité avec succès par endoanévrismoraphie, sous contrôle endovasculaire du tronc cœliaque par un ballon de Fogarty aortique inséré en rétrograde dans l’artère fémorale.
