Abstract
The author reports from his own experience on Carl Friedrich von Weizsäcker's presence in the Evangelische Studentengemeinde (ESG) Halle (Saale). The paper shows how Weizsäcker, the scientist, philosopher, and Christ, had combined the rational, the emotional, and the spiritual dimension. In doing so he had formed the experience of the history of mankind in which each individual found himself as an example.
