Abstract

Objective: To optimize the extraction process of saponins in steamed Panax notoginseng by Box-Behnken design-response surface methodology.

目的:采用Box-Behnken设计-响应面法优选蒸三七中皂苷的提取工艺。方法:单因素筛选的基础上,Box-Behnken实验设计采用,皂苷的含量和干提取速度整体愿望(OD)作为评价指标,提取时间(X1)、溶剂多个(X2)、溶剂浓度(X3)和提取时间作为自变量。从响应面的驻点出发,选择最佳实验条件。结果:采用Box-Behnken设计-响应面法和预后评分系统优化方案,优选的工艺条件为:蒸三七适量,加入16倍70%乙醇,提取3次,每次提取2次。工艺条件计算值与理论值基本一致,偏差较小。结论:Box-Behnken设计优化的皂苷提取工艺实用合理,能较好地预测蒸三七中皂苷的含量及干提率等指标。
