Long-term administration ofNaHS solution by the scheme, during administration of adrenaline as a model inductor, has largely prevented IOP rise. Abstract

It has been investigated the effect of a 1% solution of sodium hydrosulfide NaHS on intraocular pressure (IOP) in intact rats and during modeling them of ocular hypertension, using prolonged systemic administration of adrenaline.
