The objective of this review is to present alternative clinical settings in which SBRT may benefit patients with pancreatic cancer. These include palliation of pain, elderly patients who are not surgical candidates, local therapy in oligometastatic cases and salvaging local failures after surgery or external beam radiation. Abstract
