The treatment frequency and survivability varied, based on the patient's premorbid functioning and response to treatment.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Regardless of cancer type, TOL consistently increased survival beyond expected, often improving, but without compromising of quality of life. <i>Conclusions and Clinical Importance</i>.
