Fokus pada penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti sensitivitas dari Sensor TCS230 terhadap warna RGB pada suatu objek warna. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti secara kuantitatif menggunakan sumber data primer. Pengujian data menggunakan metode MSE (Mean Square Error) dan ACPP (Algoritma Closest Pair Point). Hasil dari penelitian menggunakan metode MSE menemukan bahwa pada uji warna merah (R/Red) memiliki nilai error paling kecil sebesar 2,82%, warna biru memiliki nilai error paling kecil sebesar 10,44%, warna hijau memiliki nilai error paling kecil sebesar 11,33%, warna putih memiliki nilai error paling kecil sebesar 4,50% dan warna kuning memiliki nilai error paling kecil sebesar 7,90%. Hasil penelitian menggunakan metode ACPP menghasilkan nilai error pada sampel 1 (satu) sebesar 6,54% dengan warna terdekat yaitu merah koral dan sampel 2 (dua) sebesar 14,90% dengan warna terdekat yaitu warna merah salmon gelap. Peneliti mengambil kesimpulan bahwa pada metode MSE memiliki tingkat error rendah pada jarak 1 cm dan semakin besar jarak maka frekuensi yang diperlukan semakin besar serta metode ACPP memiliki jarak warna terdekat dengan kesesuain mayoritas sampel warna. \nKata Kunci: ACPP, buta warna, frekuensi, jarak, MSE, \nAbstract \nTesting the TCS230 sensor provides an opportunity to determine the sensitivity and error rate so as to help people with color blindness in identifying a color object. The results of the study using ACPP method produced a error value in the sample of 1 (one) of 6,54% with the closest color of coral red and 2 (two) samples of 14,90% with the nearest color of dark salmon red.
