探讨晚期肝癌免疫与靶向降期转化治疗的几个要点问题，晚期肝癌转化或降期治疗的定义，转化或降期后是否需要手术以及手术指征，手术后主要观察指标(终点)，术后药物治疗方案。为晚期肝癌免疫与靶向降期转化治疗提供参考。
