Abstract
We report a case of a young male with IgA nephropathy and end-stage renal disease who presented to us with grade 1+ vitritis (SUN working group classification), bilateral optic disc oedema, retinal haemorrhages, macular exudates, cotton wool spots, exudative retinal detachment in both eyes, and a large macular placoid lesion in one eye.
