This study aims to analyze the lecturer's factors related to the achievement of the three pillars of higher education. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional with a population and sample of all permanent lecturers in six Health Higher Education Institutions in Medan City, North Sumatra Province, Indonesia which were selected purposively (N=121). Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the chi-square statistical test. Results: There is a significant relationship between commitment (p-value 0.013), continuous improvement (p-value 0.032), innovation (p-value 0.037), collaboration (p-value 0.036), and technology (p-value 0.030) with the achievement of the three pillars of higher education. Abstract

Purpose: Quality higher education will be realized if it has practiced the values of the Tridharma of Higher Education. 宗旨:践行高等教育三法的价值观,才能实现高质量的高等教育。本研究旨在分析影响高等教育三大支柱成就的讲师因素。方法:本研究采用横断面调查法,调查对象为印度尼西亚北苏门答腊省棉兰市六所卫生高等教育机构的所有常驻讲师(N=121)。使用问卷收集数据,并使用卡方统计检验进行分析。结果:承诺(p值0.013)、持续改进(p值0.032)、创新(p值0.03 7)、协作(p值.036)和技术(p值.0 30)与高等教育三大支柱的成就之间存在显著关系。推荐:本研究通过提高讲师的承诺、持续改进、创新、协作和技术,提高讲师的素质,为高等教育质量的发展奠定了基础。关键词:成就;讲师;高等教育;三大支柱;讲师素质
